You can request deletion of your data at any time. We provide two ways to submit a data deletion request:
Send an email to [email protected] requesting deletion of your account and associated data. Please include your account information (such as email address) to help us identify your account.
If you have the BlinkToon app installed, you can delete your account directly through the app:
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove all personal data associated with your account, including:
• Your account information and profile data
• Your viewing history and preferences
• Any other personal data we have collected about you
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to any purchased content and will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.
