BL Dramas data-deletion request

This page applies to BL Dramas - Watch Listen Read (package name com.taiyakistudios.blaudiobooks), published on Google Play by NekoSnap and operated by Taiyaki Studios K.K.

The app normally uses an anonymous Firebase account rather than a conventional email account. Your in-app User ID lets us locate the data associated with your installation.

How to request deletion

1. Open the app, go to Profile, open Settings, and tap User ID to copy it.
2. Email [email protected] with the subject BL Dramas data deletion request and include the copied User ID.
3. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request. We will never ask for your password. If you cannot access the User ID, email us and explain which device and app installation the request concerns.

Data covered by the request

Subject to the retention exceptions below, deletion includes data associated with the provided User ID, such as:

• The anonymous Firebase authentication identity and app profile.
• Preferences, library, favorites, ratings, and playback or reading progress.
• Comments and messages submitted through community, support, or character-chat features.
• Push-notification identifiers and analytics identity mappings under our control.
• Subscription or entitlement profile data under our control.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited purchase, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-compliance records for as long as required by law or reasonably necessary for those purposes. Google Play, payment providers, and RevenueCat may also retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and privacy terms. Where appropriate, content that must be retained may be anonymized instead of deleted.

Subscriptions and uninstalling

Deleting app data does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions through Google Play before requesting deletion. Uninstalling the app by itself also does not delete server-side data.
