Information we process

App identity and authentication

The app normally creates an anonymous Firebase account and assigns it a unique User ID. You do not need to provide a name or email address to use this anonymous account. If an authorized reviewer uses reviewer access, Firebase Authentication processes the reviewer's email address and credentials. The app does not save the reviewer's password.

Activity, preferences, and content

Depending on the features you use, we process:

• Language, onboarding, age-safety, and content preferences.
• Library entries, favorites, ratings, and playback or reading progress.
• Comments and messages you choose to submit through community, support, or character-chat features.

Purchases and subscriptions

Google Play and RevenueCat process product, purchase, subscription, and entitlement information so we can provide paid features and restore purchases. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.

Device, diagnostics, and usage information

We and our service providers may process app version, operating system and device information, IP address and network logs, push notification identifiers, security or integrity signals, crash and diagnostic information, feature interactions, paywall activity, and analytics events.
